The Celebrating Women’s Wisdom Festival was a fundraiser for IWP (International Women’s Partnership).  It was a community bazaar of a wide range of local and hand made products.  The Income Generation Project   (IGP) of WEAVE participated in the event and raised close to 1,000 Baht in handicraft sales.  The experience also allowed IGP to publicly showcase the handicraft work of women in refugee camps and migrant towns on the Thai – Burma border and network with other non-government organizations (NGOs) in present in the event.
